Dear Listmembers:

        I have been happy with the Swagelok and Ultratorr fittings that I
have purchased, but I detest the return policy.  If the local rep. doesn't
stock an item you purchase, it is nearly impossible to return something [I
know this is old news for most of you].  How have others of you dealt with
this policy?  Are there other vendors that some of you are using?
