Dear all,

Not really an isotope question but..

What is the precsise concentration of oxygen in atmospheric air given with
four digits?

Does this change over time or from place to place at earth surface?

Would 20.90% be a proper figure to use as a constant value?

Who to ask - where to look for data?

Thank´s
