Please note: registration fees should NOT be sent by electronic bank
transfer effective immediately. We are canceling this payment option for the
conference as German banks are charge us a 20% "overhead" fee. This fee does
not apply to cheques, cash or money order and so this is the only method of
registration payment, by mail or at the meeting.
