we do have these error messages also very often without any obvious reason.
The Delta even stops measuring sometimes without any error message (during
overnight runs). Asking Finnigan we got the answer that there is nothing
really to do about it. The only way to reduce the problem is to organize the
hard disc properly i.e. do not keep too many measurements (200 seems too
much already) and "reorganize" the hard disc at least once a week. Also we
observed that recalculated measurements cause problems. We usually delete
the new recalculated data the same day again.
I hope this gets better with the new software.
