Hello Isotopers,
downloading this file with MS Explorer 5 was no problem, it is
easily saved to your local harddrive. It only requires some patience
(I had lunch over the proces). But this may be a feature over our
local network here.
The file then can be opened in Excel and was as easy converted to
Excel 97 format.
