Dear Colleagues
I am impressed by the excitation over biogenic opal and hydrated silica
oxygen isotopes..
A lot of the questions going around were exactly the same as the one I was
working on during my PhD thesis, in the seventies..
I have few copies left of my thesis in French, with detailed studies of the
oxygen exchangeability, infrared properties... Some of it is outdated, but
specialists may find useful ideas.
I will send them to the first demands
cheers

Laurent
