Dear Peter,
It´s fine that you got my samples. I am in no great hurry, so analysing
them by the end of december is all right with me.
There is however a question mark on how long the sample tubes, with septum
cap, can keep the sample intact. With CO2, a storage time of 4 weeks does
not seem to affect the delta-13C or the amount of CO2, but with methane I
don´t know.
About "your" gas: I would appreciate it if you could dilute your methane
gas in Helium (or Nitrogen) so that there is about 5% methane in the 12 mL
vials at about atmospheric total pressure. I´ll probably run them as soon
as they come.
Keep going!!
Best Regards
Anders
