Dear Isotopers,
I have just replaced my (very) old mass spec by an Optima and, for several
reasons, I have to "liquidate" the ancestor. It is a Varian MAT CH5, which
is now 26 years old (the oldiest machine still in service according to
Finnigan), but which was still perfectly running when I turned the power
off two months ago.
As I find completely stupid to dismantle this machine and store it for
centuries in a dark cold cellar, I prefer to GIVE the MASS SPEC TO ANYBODY
INTERESTED. It can be rebuilt up, used for spares, displayed in a
museum.....
Those interested are invited to contact me (phone, fax or e-mail) rapidly.
Best regards to all
