To Other Geo 20-20 users,
We too had to do this back in January. I feel it is probably a design
fault, which Europa may like to address in other machines. Perhaps we could
think of starting up a web page where all problems are logged in for each
machine/location and common problems and solutions can be identified and
noted. Maybe this is best done independantly of Europa, or maybe it should
be Europa's responsibility if they want to further their customer service....
