We started to have the same problem here with a new delta+XL. It's usually
with cup 2 ( 28 or 44). I asked the service tech/engineers about this and the
buck got passed to germany. So far finnigan has no answers for it. I was led
to believe that this kind of thing had never happened before. I guess for now
we are supposed to just grin and bear it. Are there also people experiencing
the "for no apparent reason computer crashes" that I seem to be plagued by. Or
how about the constant error messages popping up about HPFpegno.exe access
violations. Again I was led to believe that these problems only happen
with our instrument so it would nice to know if that was indeed the case.
