Dear all,

has anyone tried to inject 10-100 ul volatile extracts (such as FAME
from lipid classes separated from plasma or N-methoxy carbonyl amino
acid methyl esters of hydrolysed proteins or free plasma proteins). 

Need to get more sample onto the IRMS and thought of LVS/PTV

Particular interest in experiences, methods etc including the HP PTV
injector or alike which can be used together with the CTC A200S
autosampler.
