There is a post doctoral postion open here at the Queen's University of
Belfast associated with the new GC-MS-IRMS system funded by the

POST DOCTORAL RESEARCH FELLOW
Environmental Engineering Research Centre
This post is available immediately for 1 year in the first instance to develop methods and
applications of GC-MS-Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometry. Applicants must have or be about
to obtain a PhD in an area relevant to isotope ratio mass spectrometry and have research
experience in isotope mass spectrometry, GC-mass spectrometry, Bio-geochemistry or
Geochemistry.
Salary range for above posts: #15,159 - #18,495 per annum, initial placing depending on age,
experience and qualifications.
