Dear Listmembers,

For what it is worth, my BrF5 has arrived. When Wuhan learned of
my problem, they were extremely cooperative in helping to sort it out. I
am fairly sure the problem was inexperience with shipping hazardous
materials internationally. I have every reason to believe that if you make
your expectations and requirements known, you will be successful.

I wanted to make sure that you knew what problems I had encountered
so that you could avoid them, but I don't want to unfairly impact Wuhan's
business.
