Dear all,
                  After trying Perchlorate from a number of sources
over the last few years in our EA-IRMS system I have finally found one
that I am happy with, it doesn't block up and it allows reliable 15-N
& 13-C analysis at natural abundance. The problem is that it was a
packet we inherited from elsewhere and was sent out by Fisons
Instuments some time ago (they are now CE Instruments). The material
itself is very distinctive; it is light and consists of elongated
'flakes', roughly 1.5 x 1.5 x 5mm.  Material bought recently from CE's
UK agents was the usual granular material.  Does anyone know if
Perchlorate answering my description can still be obtained, and where
from?
