Dear Dachun,

if you want to have a more theoretical look on whats happening in the
hydration sphere water in alkali halide solutions, you may look at:

H. Hertz & M. Zeidler (1963): Elementarvorgänge in der Hydrathülle von
Ionen aus Protonen- und Deuteronenrelaxationszeiten. Berichte der
Bunsengesellschaft 67: 774-786.
