This error usually appears if the carrier gas pressure is set too low.  Please
check that the outlet pressure on the He tank regulator is set to 300kPa and
the carrier pressure in the instrument is set to 160 kPa.

To clear this error from the display you must turn off the instrument for 10
seconds and then turn it back on again.
