Hi Julie,

        I SENT A message to Francois, but I don't think he got it.  I met
him 20 years ago in the Andes.

I will send you my paper next week!   Yeah!!!!!   I am only waiting for a
few references fron Doug Burns, to see if I need to cite additional papers.
If you have your paper ready, I could cite you.  I think I have two extra
numbers to give to you.  Where are those plots you promosied me???
