The workshop is now almost full. There are four manufacturers
participating, three of which are having instrument demos for CF-IRMS.
Item 1: Hotel: If you have not made your hotel reservations, you may have a
problem. This is peak tourist season and the hotel cannot hold the rooms
much longer. You now have until July 22nd to register, after that the
hotel won't hold the rooms for the workshop, otherwise you may need a tent.
Item 2 : Presentations and poster: You can still send a poster or
presentation, I will need the final titles for your presentations and/or
posters as well as the abstracts no later than July 31st. It will need to
go to the printers after this. I also need to know what you will need for
your presentation (i.e. Slides, Powerpoint, overhead, blackboard... coffee,
aspirine...)
Item 3 : To manufacturers: I will need the final CF-IRMS configuration for
your demos. This includes: Model (MS... model), power requirements, name
and model of external devices (EA, GC, breath... model). Also the gas
requirements for ref, O2, carrier etc. You are required to bring your own
tank regulators. I also need the footprint layout of your setup, you can
send it as a bitmap attachment to an E-mail. Also indicate when the
instruments are scheduled to be installed. Please include the name of the
presenter for the "What's new at..."?.
Check the web site for changes needed to the titles, presenters and other.
