Stable Isotope Laboratory Technician

Applications are invited for a full-time stable isotope laboratory
technician.  Duties will include 1) operation and maintenance of a gas
ratio mass spectrometer and on-line laser extraction system for silicates,
2) isotopic analysis of carbonates, graphites and hydrous silicates, and 3)
general laboratory supervision.  Opportunities to pursue both collaborative
and independent research will exist.  Desirable qualifications include a
M.S. degree in geology or chemistry and/or experience in stable isotope
