To all the friends and colleagues I have made in the isotope community.
I'm leaving the world of stable isotopes at the end of the week to start
a new life and career (R&D in microfluidics for organic mass
spectrometery) in Ithaca, New York. This is really just a note to say a
big thank you to all of you around the world who have given me such
great hospitality and made the last 15 years so fun and rewarding. I've
very much enjoyed my time in stable isotopes but it was time to move on
or never move at all. It was still not an easy decision after committing
so many years to this discipline and this company in particular.
My position at PDZ Europa has been amply filled by Ian Begley and I'd
like to wish him and the company every success in the future.
best wishes for the future to all of you
Simon Prosser
