PhD./ post doctoral positions are currently available in the following
areas: 1) micrometeorological measurements of CO2/H2O/energy
flux measurements between plants and atmosphere using eddy
correlation; 2) Plant gas exchange and productivity and; 3) remote
sensing of vegetation activity. Positions may be held at the
Weizmann Institute of Science, Rehovot, Israel, or at the Desert
Research Institute of Ben Gurion University, Israel, and will involve
research in semi-arid/arid field sites. A strong background in the
above, or closely related fields, is required. Background in stable
isotope research will be advantageous for positions 1 and 2.
