Andrea,
Is it just one of the pumps that turns off or do all of them turn off
together.
If it's just one than I would look at the heater connections for that
pump, if it's the main and waste pumps then maybe the solid state relay
or it's control is suspect. However if it's all the pumps then perhaps
the water trip is suspect even though the water flow is fine (check the
temperature of the pumps to see if they heat up before turning off).
