We recently had a 6 hour power failure here and I was out of town. My
UPS freaked out and may have screwed up a lot of things. I am tackling
one problem at a time. I am presently stumped by a signal that the
analyzer rotary is off even though its on and pulling a good vacuum. As
a result I cant get the analyzer isolation valves to open up and pump
the flight tube and source. If anybody has any clues on how this signal
is generated, I would be much obliged. I have checked the fuses on the
back of the panel and the mechanical relay associated with the analyzer
rotary pump on the back of the mass spec. They are all working
properly. Thanks in advance. Leo.
