Dear Listmembers,
in the palynology lab, we use zinc bromide to seperate organic materials from
the rock. The zinc bromide can be diluted to different specific gravities
(using HCl), but we find that palynomorphs can be extracted well with 2.1SG.
hope this helps
Hazel.
