Dear Ed and Zach,  Recall that the measurement of NF3 is not always
strightforward.  The effects of its presence are seen in the 17O of oxygen.
The molecular ion is not easily detected in an IRMS, so it is difficult to
quantify.  Also, who has obtained a pure source of NF3?
