We have replaced our both our Pfeiffer/Balzers turbo pump and power supply
within the last year.  We have a TPH 050 turbo pump and a TCP 121 power
supply.  Both were obtained through the exchange program.  The replacement
cost for the pump was $2400 and $1000 for the power supply.
