Hmm. Probably not

If you go to senderbase.com, and do a search for uvm.edu
you'll find about 10 machines that score higher than that.

But the numbers themselves are VERY suspect.

The number 1 machine on that list is "groundhog.uvm.edu",
Groundhog itself sends NO mail. Zero. Zilch. None. None
what so ever.

It is the incoming email machine for UVM. "Groundhog.uvm.edu"
is often used in the return email address for "spam", but the
spam itself is not coming from groundhog.
