you sure that everything will run smoothly when school starts again in the
New Year?

Despite your best efforts, things might still go wrong.  What are your
contingency plans in case of an emergency?  How can you prepare to avoid
annoying delays and confusion?

Join experts from the education community for a special teleconference on
how schools across the country are squashing the millennium bug and
preparing for all possible glitches. The teleconference will focus on three
critical issues: system testing, contingency planning and the role of state
