Hello,

I moved our Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing 9 program from an old server to a new server.  I installed the software on the server then copied the user and instructor records to the new location.  Now, when I access the program for a student the instructor name does not come up and all the passwords for students are gone.  Tech support is trying to tell me that I have to add the users back in manually for this to work.  Has anyone ever done this that can offer advice?
