Some are online..... and more schools are
moving to use the Web as a communication tool.....

One of the original thoughts behind the e-rate list
was that people could and would share their plans -
turning this into a learning process so that the next
plans would be better.
Getting the plans on the web doesn't require anything
special - just a desire to share information and knowledge.
- you don't need a "hard wire" connection.
- you don't need a "server"
- you don't need a "web master"
True, if you have some of these things, life is sometimes
easier ... if you have, e.g., a macintosh with a personal
web server, you can just put one of your "folders" on the
web and dump stuff there when ever you want to publish it

But even if you don't have these things, life is still easy.
Just posting these plans to the e-rate or schoo-it listserv
would automatically put them on the web ...

And the state, VETC and VITA-LEARN, and VISMT all have
servers that can support such a "datastore". (And in
one incarnation, the feds were also going to support
a web site with all that information - but the paper
monsters took control.)
Maybe VT and School-IT can escape the clutches of the
paper monster this time around.
