So the night after move in there is going to be programming for the
first year students in the davis center and kim needs some volunteers
to run it. If anyone is interested in going over there with me from 10
pm to 1 am and talking to some freshmen kids to get them interested in
greek life, let me know. I really don't blame anyone if there is no
desire to go, after all it is the first friday night of being back in
burlington for most of us. Hit me up if you'd like to go as soon as
possible, I have to get back to Kim.
Thanks again,
Br Jrod

Hello Chapter Presidents,

UVM is kicking off the school year with some BIG programming for the
first year students. With that being said this is a great opportunity
for members to participate in activities with the First Years, while
getting your names out i.e. passive recruitment.

FRIDAY MORNING-AFTERNOON, AUGUST 27th
• More then 250 of you have signed up for Move In (more information
to come on when to pick up shirts). Make sure to wear a piece of
flair i.e. hat, button with your letters

FRIDAY EVENING, AUGUST 27th
• Attend programming throughout campus from 10:00 PM-1:00 AM. There
will be lots of inflatables, food, programming and fun.
You might ask, what will I be doing? Answer---hanging out,
participating and helping the event be amazing! Wear letters and just
be you.

SATURDAY EVENING, AUGUST 28th
• Help out with field day fun from 10:00-Midnight in the gym! Be a
referee, be a team member, make a friend.

Thank you to those of you who have already signed up. If you are
interested please submit your names (even those who have contacted me)
to either Chris Stiffler, IFC President or Alex Mallea, Panhel
President by August 13th.

There will be a max so sign up as soon as possible!

Remember the first three weeks of school there is to be no social
events where alcohol is present. This policy is highlighted in the
VISION. Responsible individuals/chapters will loose social privileges
for at least one semester (including formal).

Thanks, Kim
