REMINDER!

*Tomorrow is the Battle of the Campus Chefs!*

Campus chefs will be pairing up with student groups to create a dish that
will be judged by a panel and the audience. Chefs and clubs combine to
create an appetizer, salad, or dessert that will be judged on categories
such as use of local ingredients, originality, taste, and so on. The winner
receives a trophy to bring back to their dining hall and the title of “UVM
Top Chef”! The audience will count for half of the votes, so come and
support your favorite campus chefs and students groups by eating the best
that they have to offer! Admission to the event is a $4 donation to Campus
Kitchens at the door.

And if you think that's awesome -- our team could still use some help! Here
are a few options to volunteer -- pick one or come do them all!

   - Monday, all day long -- Help Joe in Simpson prepare our winning entry!
   - Monday, sometime during the event (6-8pm) -- Plate and serve to the
adoring masses who come to sample our food! We need 2 people at our table at
all times, and folks can work in 30 minute shifts. Snag a friend and test
   your foodservice chops!
   - Monday, around 7:45pm -- Count the crowd favorite ballots -- be the
first to see who won crowd favorite! We need 2-3 people to help do this.

Please email Sarah at [log in to unmask] if you wanna help out. Either way,
come check it out!
