CATs,
Just a reminder to everyone about tomorrow night. We decided to have everyone
come at 6:00pm since this is the only CAT event this week. The faster
everything goes the quicker you'll be outta there, around 11 or so I'm
assuming. We want everyone to try to wear your green hoodies since it'll be
later at night and might rain (let us hope not!).
We have bought almost everything so far but will need a few jobs right at 6/6:30
to be done. First, we need to divide the entire team, not by your individual
CAT team, into four so we can have an even number staffing each event. It's
going to be crucial we have as many people as possible for the event so please,
for the love of God, be there. I'm making up score sheets and we'll have a
score board as well as huge posters of the rules/regulations. We have stop
watches when necessary.
Teams can be set up ahead of time, or in the beginning of the event. Teams of
four, one of opposite sex. We can explain scoring when we get there.
Set up should take about 1 hour, if we all get on it.
If you're on any list serves please try to email them with details of the event.
I'm emailing my RA listserve because it's a great floor event. Remind them it's
totally free and we have trophy's and medals for winners.
