Hey there John!
Its good to hear from you, sorry for the delayed responses. The round
of ACA classes starting the weekend of the 12th would work the best,
since the second round interferes with the symposium. As far as
interest, there will be no problem filling the 8 spots. The only
trouble will be accessing the PD funding within the first two weeks of
school, but I will bug the hell out of the SGA to get it done as soon
as possible.
I am definitely interested in attending the symposium, and we
shouldn't have any problem coming up with the money to do so, as they
offer discounts to non-profits and 3+ groups. I have emailed the
director for specifics and will register when I hear back and get SGA
permission.
I also had a question about the secondary storage space we had talked
about at the end of last semester. The new boats arrived at the end of
exams, and after seeing them in the boathouse it became overwhelmingly
clear that we cannot store all of our boats in there (14+). Where
would we be allowed to construct boat racks and how soon could we
begin to do so?
Thanks a lot, and I will see you in a few weeks! Enjoy the rest of summer!
