If anybody wants to see some photos of the different sections of the
Beaver, I have a bunch on my website.
http://www.kayakingphotos.com/ny.html

The first section listed (Eagle) is the crazy class V section, its fun to
watch people getting worked in the hole at the bottom of the slide.

The Moshier section (class IV) is the one that is only released for one
day each year and only four hours. Some great fun waterfalls in the first
part of it. You can run them over and over. It takes only about thirty
seconds to carry back up (but you might have a long line to wait in).

The Taylorville section is the easiest, but has a somewhat terminal hole
at the top of it. I'm sure that Eric Adsit can describe it to you in
graphic detail. (I'll let him send you the link to the video of him) Don't
worry, he is not the only one to have a little issue with that particular
hole in the Beaver (but mine was not caught on video).

There is another river section being released this weekend as well. The
Stone Valley section of the Raquette river. The photos are also linked
from the page above.

I'll be at the Raquette on Saturday, the Moshire and Eagle sections of the
Beaver on Sunday, and the Taylorville section of the Beaver on Monday
taking photos.
