   (where "xxxxx" is the list name shown in the "To:" field above)
Use this address to send commands (such as unsubscribe) to Listproc:

Remember to change your nickname or address book files to reflect the new
address. You can make the name change now, before the list moves and your
mail will be routed to the proper host before and after the move. 
Everything will be moved to the new host; no need to resubscribe. We are
