> The Assistant Dean of Students will provide leadership within the Division of University Relations & Campus Life as a member of the Dean of Students Office.  In particular, the Assistant Dean will assume responsibility for overseeing the Division’s Research and Assessment Program, coordinating the Higher Education and Student Affairs Assistantship Program, and coordinating divisional technology and social media needs. This position will partner with divisional leadership in all diversity initiatives.

> Master’s degree in higher education required, research and assessment, or some related field, doctorate preferred. Experience with implementing and analyzing research and assessment is required. A demonstrated commitment and knowledge of issues of diversity is required.  Strong written, verbal, and technological communication skills are required. Additionally, four or more years experience on a college campus is desired. Experience and success in working with diverse populations and organizational constituents such as senior leadership, faculty, staff and students is desired.
