A demonstrated commitment and knowledge of issues of diversity is required.  Strong written, verbal, and technological communication skills are required. Additionally, four or more years experience on a college campus is desired. Experience and success in working with diverse populations and organizational constituents such as senior leadership, faculty, staff and students is desired.
