/Creating Conditions to Support Success for Diverse Students"/

_Date:_Monday, February 4^th , 2013

_Time:_9:00 -- 11:30 AM

This workshop will support participants in increasing their
understanding of the practical and theoretical steps for creating more
inclusive and critically engaging spaces for learning for all our students.

At UVM we believe that diversity is an asset to institutions and to
learning, yet as faculty / instructors we are challenged to create
learning environments that are welcoming to all.

This session addresses the fact that students come to higher education
from a variety of backgrounds, identities, and values.

*REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED - ENDS Friday, February 1st, 2013*
