Hi all - I just wanted to announce a new UVM website that some of you may
not yet know about.  It's called Our Common Ground, and it's located at:

The web site has a list of useful diversity-related links and resources,
both at UVM and off-campus, a calendar of upcoming diversity events, and
information about upcoming Building Our Community and Our Common Ground
initiatives, such as American Pictures and collaborations with the Flynn
Theater.  Please check it out, add it to your bookmarks, and let your
