I just received a call from Jane Stroud, a grad student at UVM, and she
needs to be added to a list of users so she can access her online course.
The people at 656-0909 said you were the only person that could do that.
The class started 3 days ago and she still can't access the class so it's
pretty urgent.

As far as I can tell, Jane is NOT registered for a WebCT course
this summer (or any time). Possible problems are:
(1) Jane did not properly register for the course. The best
way to do this is to have her talk to her instructor and
to have the instructor check with Banner -- to make sure
that Jane is registered. (This is the sourcve of the problem
about 99% of the time.)
(2) Jane did register, but there is problem with the registration
system - e.g. Jane's last name has changed, her social security
number changed, something like that. (I will ask the Banner
folks to check this out.)
Beyond that, I would need more information - e.g. WHAT course is
involved and WHICH instructor.
