webct, their password IS NOT their zoo password.

Yes, that's right.
Although the WebCT ID is the same as the Zoo ID,
the passwords are, initially at least, different.
The first time you login to webct, the password is the
same as your "ID" ...
Once you log in that way, you can change the password to
make it match zoo's password.
