Hey Jacquie!
     So, I went to the Davis Center today...pretty quick check up with
her.  She said she and Monica (?) are meeting up next week to figure
out "numbers" so we shouldn't have to worry about the cost too much.
I didn't get the small stage area.  With how many people are coming,
it seemed a little overdone and was an additional fee of 50 dollars.
She said you had requested square tables as well as round tables.  I
asked for only four of the square tables (for food or just in case),
but got enough seating for 80 people at round tables with 100 chairs.
I have a make up of the room and where things go, I'll give it to ya
sometime soon.  We need to be there (room 301) at 4:00 on Thursday to
get the low down and the easels.  Everything else is covered.  See ya
