Hi, I'm Sebastian Montenegro a UA civil eng. student, and i was
planning to join
engineers without borders, I'll like some information about how to join. I am
already in the listserv. Can anyone of you tell me how to join EWB, or who to
talk to? Thanks

sebastian M.
