Our speakers will share their on-the-ground experiences and offer practical solutions to help build a community of practice around ash seed collection. We’re wrapping up our Pathways to Sustain Ash series with a field tour to see preservation in action at the New Hampshire (NH) State Forest Nursery.

Our field tour will:

  *   Discuss NH’s ongoing multi-year efforts to conduct integrated pest management (i.e., insecticide, silviculture, biocontrol) to preserve mature ash and promote ash regeneration
  *   Learn about upcoming ash enrichment plantings in NH and tour ash seedlings
  *   Explore the innovative seed processing, propagation, and planting efforts at the NH State Forest Nursery
  *   Network with your community over a provided lunch and casual conversation in the seed counting room.
