wow alyssa i'm sorry to hear that.  i guess you just never know.  hang in there
and you'll be alright.  i'm sure you'll get grounded soon from your meditation.
 try taking off your shoes for a little bit, that always helps me.  be strong.

so i went to the state museum of art here in copenhagen today and i have to say
that pink floyd's animals, which was pumping through my headphones, was much
more enjoyable than the art.  the modern art building was closed so i looked at
about 600 paintings of peasant and jesus.  oh well, it was free.  everything
else is going pretty well here.  i finally moved into my permenant apartment
and have a wonderful place, just slightly nicer than green street *(extreme
sarcasm)*.  i've been taking a lot of walks around the city admiring the
scenery and the very interesting danish people.  i hope everything is going
well for everyone else.  i'll talk to you all soon......and zach, i still have
to work out my schedule but i'll let you know when we can get together.
