I've been speaking with Katie from ESRI's Philadelphia office.  If  
there's an interest (we only need 4-5 commitments), we may be able to  
offer this course in Burlington, VT on January 8 and 9:

Katie asked me to call her back this Friday, so she can organize a  
trainer, etc.
