If you would like to makes changes to your event, please log-in to Virtual EMS and go to Requests-->View My Requests-->Click on Event Name-->and click the green plus sign next to the date of your event. To edit the time, date, or location, click the pencil icon to the left of the green plus sign.

If you would like to make changes with less than five business days notice, please call your coordinator to make a request. Your coordinator's phone number can be located in the report below. We do our best to accommodate requests with less than five business days notice, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate them.

Every effort will be made to meet late changes but cannot be guaranteed. For reservation support, please call University Event Services at (802) 656-5665.

The cost for using any room/space on campus is dependent on the labor required to prepare a space per the details submitted. You will be responsible for any damages and/or excessive cleaning that is required. In the event of a last minute cancellation or no-show, the University will charge set up costs that were incurred.
