Hello!
I’m not sure whether the meeting is the best place to ask some specific questions about WingsFest and waste diversion, so I figured I’d send an email. I had a few general ideas:
-If you use all compostable silverware, plates, and napkins, then is everything compostable? (We weren’t sure if there are going to be any handouts, etc.)
-If everything is compostable, then we can just put out compost bins for the event and no trash bins.
-If not everything is compostable, two Eco-Reps could come into the meeting next week to quickly go over sorting trash/compost so you guys can monitor it at the event.
