Dear Isogeochemists,
Several colleagues and I have been reconstructing fish life history
in the Laurentian Great Lakes for a few years now. Although we have a
few isotope values for the water d18O and d13C(DIC) during our recent
study period, we do not have much prior to our work (one sample from
1998). Is there ANY data out there, published or otherwise on oxygen
and/or carbon isotope values of Lake Michigan and the Lake Michigan
watershed (Muskegon Lake in particular). There is a bit more data on
Lake Erie and Lake Ontario, but we'd be interested in anything that
we may have missed.
Thanks,
Bill
