Hi Greg,

There's an official method that uses EA-IRMS for honey adulteration analysis. This approach is actually relatively popular in New Zealand. Adding LC-IRMS to that provides higher sensitivity / capability for authenticity testing.

Has anyone ever tried analyzing honey via EA-IRMS? Is this at all advisable?

Regards,

Greg
